Don't worry.: Many women have these antibodies and the vast majority have normal pregnancies each time. Only a small fraction of such women will have the dreaded antiphspholipid antibody syndrome (which consists of recurrent thromboses, pregnancy losses and lupus-like disease). If you are otherwise asymptomatic and just happened to be positive for this immunologic test, you need to stay calm and see an mfm doc.
