Good Blood work: It means the things that your doctor checked in the blood are in normal range. Ask if you had pregnancy checked in the blood.

Not necessarily: If the blood was not tested for HCG, all other tests being normal will not rule out pregnancy. If you had sex since your last period and miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
