See your doctor: Your crying can be an indication of depression or grief if you have had a recent loss or change. Observe associations or patterns occurring with the episodes. There can be physical reasons for these as well. Your primary care doctor can screen for and diagnose disorders by physical exam/tests. You may be referred for brain scans, other radiology studies, and to a specialist. See your doctor.
