Radiotherapy: Mostly local skin burn, redness and local pain. Late side effects of possible development of cancer.

Depends: The side effects of radiation therapy depend on what part of the body is being irradiated. Radiation causes inflammation in the affected tissues, leading to symptoms from that inflammation. The most common side effect is fatigue.
