Insomnia/headaches: Can mean several things, from tension headache to medical such as medications/hormones/alcohol/thyroid. Etc. To neurological such as migraines. Consult your primary care physician for workup.

Sleep disorder: Check to make sure you don't have low oxygen at night or sleep apnea. Make sure your blood pressure is ok and see a sleep specialist.
