Inhalant allergy: The swelling you are experiencing is probably angioedema. The most likely cause, if it is happening only during the day at work, is an allergen in the air at work. If there are foods you only eat on workdays then a food allergy would also be possible. An evaluation by an allergist can help you sort this out.
