Two possibilities: (although may be more) 1. Viral infection of the throat..very common (sometimes called "human foot and mouth" disease 2. Infectious Mononucleosis (A simple blood test will tell) See your Primary Care Provider or Family Physician for exact diagnosis! Hope this helps! DrZ
