Unikely: If you are not a heavy smoker or having fever or persistent cough these are unlikely to be serious. When you sleep at night your sputum dries out and this can cause some bleeding from your nose that collects in the back of your throat. As long as this is a one time thing i would not be worried, but if recurrent probably worthwhile to check.
