Lots of causes: Lot of causes for these complaints, including organic and functional. Do a diet diary, including alcohol, sugarless gum and candy, symptoms. Bring to doc. May need stool tests for parasites, fat, other. May need evaluatiom of all bowel, pancreas, thyroid, hormones. Check meds. Colon biopsied? May be easily rx'd or not.
