UTI?: Do you mean that a urine culture grew 300, 000 cfu/ml of e. Coli? This suggests, among other things that you may well have a urinary infection. If this is of the kidney rather than the bladder it may produce the symptoms you are having, but the only way to be sure is to discuss with the doctor who did the culture.
