Losing performance: Gbm causes different signs depending on location, and growth on MRI signal progression. But decreasing ability to do daily activity, get out of bed, dress, walk, control bowel and bladder function are signs that time is short. Salvage treatment is used in able patients, and those willing to volunteer, but assess what benefit your patient gets and at what price.
