Depends: Most people do not experience a withdrawal from missed doses or even abrupt stopping of their antidepressants. Even those that clear from the system quickly only lead to such reactions about 20% of the time. The biggest concern with missed doses or stopping a medication prematurely is a return of the symptoms the medication was prescribed to treat.

DEPENDS.: Some antidepressants are in your system very briefly and can lead to withdrawal from the receptor site. Notorious are Effexor (venlafaxine) and paxil. Prozac has a long half life and should not lead to withdrawal. Try not to miss any medication doses.
