Yes: Symptoms of gastrointestinal and somatic distress, sleep disturbance, and movement disorders and mania have been temporally linked to withdrawal of tcas. Cholinergic and adrenergic overdrive after tca discontinuation have been suggested as the proposed mechanism for this syndrome.
