Shin splints: It could be shin splints , stress fracture or periostiitis.

Shin splints: At 36, hard to diagnose. See your local podiatrist or orthopedic specialist for a more thorough exam. Depending on your physical activity, this is the most likely cause.

Shin splints: Is a possibility. Have flatfeet? What type of shoes are you wearing? Try to wear arch supports and see if this help with symptoms at all.
