Friendships First!: Depression, if indeed it is "coming back", perhaps is more likely when sex is seen as an independent commodity rather than a manifestation of love, an expression of caring, tenderness, and commonality of purpose. Work first on friendships, and enjoyment of other people, for their character, not for the chance of a momentary sexual thrill. Pursuit merely of sex is unlikely to be fulfilling.
