No: Coumadin (warfarin) itself has headache as a common side effect but i rarely see it in practice. Having an INR that is below goal does not normally cause a headache.

Not often: Coumadin (warfarin) has only a few side effects: nausea, rash. Complications from unregulated dosing can cause dark urine due to bleeding in gu tract, GI distress with vomiting of blood. Severe headaches due to acute bleeding in the brain, confusion from chronic bleed and formation of subdural hematoma. If your ha is recent, see your doctor.
