Just a tad bit high: The 145/90 is just slightly high and so not really concerning for a person without other illness--such as diabetes. If you have no other medical problem, google up the dietary approach to stop hypertension (dash) diet and follow it. Increase aerobic exercise will help lower the BP and heart rate as well. If persistent, consult doc. Good luck.

It depends: I believe that you have to look at the overall average of your pressures. If the number is closer to125/70 then you are fine. If the pressures are averaging closer to 145 - then additional treatment may be reasonable.

High pulse: Your resting pulse rate is higher than average and your average BP is borderline acceptable. Talk to your physician.
