No: In my experience st. Johns wort hasn't helped any of my OCD clients although many have tried. I wish it would be but ive not seen it.

OCD: My OCD patients have usually required high doses of SSRI's. I would really recommend that you stick with pharmacological meds as I don't believe that you will get the response you are looking for from St John Wort.
