Taper Down: Continue with tapering down but do it slowly over an extended period of time. Stay active with choosing a relaxed exercise program like tai chi. Keep yourself well hydrated and eat healthy food with avoiding alcohol and or tobacco products.

A ways to go, yet: You have a slow and gradual way to go. Your physician, who knows you and your condition best, is the best one to develop a taper schedule with you. Compounding pharmacies may be needed to prepare certain dosing increments. Klonopin (clonazepam) is quite potent, and even small reductions can result in symptoms. Hopefully your basic anxiety is under good control with non-pharmaceutical methods. Good luck!
