Will have soon: It is unfair not able to get medical help. Most of the hospitals ( even doctors ) will treat certain% of patients free if they are unable to pay. They receive federal and state money for this purpose . Call your local community hospital or city hospital for appointment.

Diet Modification: Make sure you are having soft stool by getting 20-30 grams of fiber per day. Next you can use preparation h to try to shrink them. Finally sitz baths are helpful. Often they can be managed with these treatments. If this persist, seea physician.
