Typically at one: It is often recommended to change from baby formular to regular milk at around 12 months. Some folks start a bit earlier and some later, but one year is the usual mark. Some change to whole milk, but others change to 2%--i personally think 2% is appropriate for most kids because we have so much fats from other sources. Consult doc if u have more concerns. Good luck.
