Nutramigen stools: Nutramigen, being a very "pre digested" formula if you will, causes stools to be loose. The real issue is why the baby is on nutramigen. Consider probiotics to keep a healthy gut flora on your baby.

Best to discuss: This with your pediatrician since this had been going on for awhile. He may also be teething to cause loose and some runny stools.
