It can be : There are alot of changes that happen to the body during pregnancy including changes to your activity and exercise regimen if you have one, alterations in your weight and center of gravity as well as changes in your soft tissues that allow for the pelvis to expand to accommodate a baby's delivery. Maybe; could fix it?: Usually, the third trimester is when such pain frequently occurs.Sciatica can happen anytime, however, to anyone. The cause of pain must be figured out, though, because some causes are easily fixed: piriformis synd, vertebral dysfunction, si jt problems, for ex, all cause sciatic-like pain.Get a good osteopathic hands-on exam & see if conservative treatment with osteopathic manipulation might help.
