Blood in sputum.no cogh, no fever.no chest pa.n?

Possibly nasal: You should obviously have that checked out. Any bleeding in the nasal cavity will also give you blood in the sputum. If you have had a bloody nose or even have irritation in the nasal cavity that could be the cause. Get it checked out in the coming week.

Need more info: If its really in sputim and not from a bloody nose, you need a cxr, and if its normal someone needs to get a look inside your aiwray with a fiberoptic scope to make sure its not a polyp or tumor in the airway. If you aren't in a high risk category, you may not need all of this, but we can't answer your question withoutr a lot more information. See a doctor, this won't get solved online.
