Hep C; headache : Surprisingly, several studies recommend tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief in people with chronic liver disease (such as hcv) unless the person drinks alcohol; then it should be avoided. Use only the recommended dose of tylenol. Nsaids on the other hand are advised to be avoided. Liver enzymes should be monitored regularly not only for hcv but also due to tylenol use.
