Talk: Tell him this is not a deal breaker, if it's not, but it takes some agreement on how to handle it physically & emotionally. It's worth dealing with if you love him, but it's a responsibility he has to step up to. Pretending it is not an issue is not an option. Are you going to use condoms, which are not 100%, or are you going to be infected? Is that okay with you? If it is, tell him.
