No: Concor is bispropolol, a beta-blocker used for high blood pressure & angina (chest pain). Fatigue & depression are known side effects (generally) of this class of medications. Xanax is alprazolam, a sedative/hypnotic anxiolytic used for severe anxiety. It is often abused & easily addicted. There are no reported contra-indications to mixing the two.

No: Typically not. The meds don’t interact, although both may cause dizziness - Xanax works on the brain, Concor lowers heart rate. If you have been taking Xanax awhile, there shouldn’t be any effect. If you’re starting both meds for the first time or are increasing the Xanax and starting the Concor, consider taking the first doses at home when you don’t have have to drive in the next 8 hours.
