Why do i feel more refreshed after a nap during the day than after sleep during the night?

Number of factors: This can have a number of reasons. Most often though it is because of the sleep stages that occur. Waking up after particular cycles of sleep may make people feel that they have no slept at all. Also depends on typical sleep positions being different for naps and night sleep.

Certainly can: For some people, naps can steal the momentum we generate for our night sleeps resulting in difficulty getting to sleep or less deep sleep. If you must take a nap, try to limit it to less than 30 minutes. You may find them even more refreshing than longer that 30 minutes.
