Many diff poss: Causes, could be hormones, or uterus or ovary problems, you need an exam , blood work and pelvic ultrasound, you may need an office hysteroscopy with bx to make sure endometrial tissue is normal.That is what i would do if u were one of my pts and depending on what is found there are many differnet options, if u are done with children, I do office tubals and albaltions -no more fertilty, periods.
