When will my vision come back after my cornea abrasion?

Depends: If the abrasion is peripheral, vision recovery is rapid. If central it may take a little longer - perhaps several days. Uncommonly abrasions can heal with defective attachment of the new skin and you can get recurrent pain. Your ophthalmologist should be seen if this happens.
