Central abrasion: Corneal abrasions almost always heal rapidly and the absense of pain suggests that has happened with your eye. However, if the abrasion was centrally located or there is foreign material in the central cornea, then the vision might remain blurred for a time. Check with your ophthalmologist for a diagnosis.
