Infection: You nay have an infection--best to see a doctor to prescribe antibiotics (oral and topical). May also need to have a culture taken prior to starting antibiotics. In the meanwhile apply otc topical antibiotic such as polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or neospirin or bacitracin.
