Only at night?: If the problem only occurs at night, you may get relief by some gentle stretching exercises, a warm bath or shower, a soothing warm drink (like camomile tea) or a better mattress may be all you need. If your symptoms also occur during the day, then you need a check for what sounds like more than a minor problem.
