Never: Fracturesndo not case sarcomas however, sarcomas invading the bone or starting in bone can cause fractures.

Only anecdotally: Pathologic fractures occur when bones are weakened by tumor. Sarcoma in bone can fracture easily. Fracture of healthy bone is not felt to lead to sarcoma.
