Reverse butterflies: Scapular stabilizer strengthening pulls the shoulder joint into the proper position. The shoulder blade muscles are key in keeping the shoulder in place. This in turn keeps the rotator cuff from overuse and strain. Merely strengthening the shoulder blades often dramatically reduce symptoms. Reverse butterflies, rows, and scapular retractions all help to build the muscles.

See a therapist for : Rotator cuff strengthening exercises and periscapular strengthening exercises. This just means the other muscles around the shoulder. Hi repetition, low weight exercises to build endurance are best.
