Homeopathy: Evidence-based medicine is trapped in a system that is pricey and dysfunctional but it does what it promises on the odds, and is based on science. Homeopathy is cheap, friendly, unhurried, presents an even more complex system than astrology, has no rational scientific basis, and may be worth it for non-life-threatening disease just for the placebo effect and the camaraderie.
