Cholesterol: I would want to know the other values such as triglycerides, hdl, ldl, and whether u r having any symptoms or family history of high cholesterol or heart problems , before you panic about a single lab reading.

Definitely NO: This is only a mild elevation and i would not treat it unless you have an unusually high percentage of small dense LDL particles. The role of cholesterol in heart disease is over-exaggerated. The real cause of heart disease is inflammation.
