Allergic?: "allergy" means a hypersensitivity reaction of the immune system. This is always itching with or without rash/hives, angioedema (swelling e.g. Of throat), or systemic anaphylaxis which is life-threatening. Everything else is just an adverse reaction or intolerance of which there are very many. Many web sources can give you lists of side effects of mirapex (pramipexole).
