Must get evaluated: 'debilitating' means it's interfering w/ your ability to function & could have a serious cause.Immediate eval is imperative as it could represent aneurysm, stroke, meningitis, or other serious disease.More benign but no less debilitating are neuro & musculoskeletal causes.All can be addressed by your osteopathic dr with a thorough history & phys, incl hands-on exam.Maniplation might help the latter.
