A member asked:

Are there eye exercises i can use to correct vision problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Eye exercises have been promoted by optometrists for years but have been proven to have no useful purpose and certainly will not correct vision problems. Only one exercise is of value called "pencil pushups". For insuffiency of convergence, the medial recti can be strengthened by focusing on the number on a pencil at arm's length and bringing the pencil slowly towards the eyes. 10 reps 3 x a day.
