Beef, fish, chicken: Unless there are reasons that a regular diet is not sufficient to provide nutrition to a youngster, protein powders are not needed. The appetite of a normal teen should allow the intake of adequate protein. If high protein is needed suggest eating high protein foods. The protein powders hold no special advantage to growth or health.
