What can i do to help a headache that does not include pain medication?

Dark quiet area: I'll start by saying that any new, changing, persistent or severe headaches should be evaluated by a doctor. But there are many things to do that are not "pain" meds. These include: meditation yoga tai chi deep breathing simplify your life manage your time wisely adjust your attitude take a break exercise regularly break bad habits (smoking...Etc) acupuncture biofeedback massage non "pain" med.
