A member asked:

How to help relieve my thyroid symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Too low or too high?: Either too high or to low, you need to see doc to assess for appropriate treatment. Blood work is certainly need and depending what is found on exam like a thyroid nodule etc...Additional test such as ultrasound maybe needed. There are effective treatments for both conditions, but doc must know which you have first. Please consult doc. Good luck.
