Petechiae: Petechiae hemorrhage spots come from extremely small areas where you are bleeding into your skin. Many different things can cause petechiae. Some of the more common causes include: an injury, autoimmune disorder, reaction to medication, liver disorder, or bone marrow disorder. But it could also be something as simple as a nutritional deficiency. Try supplementing with vitamins b12, c, folic acid.
