Read on: A simple sugar the body uses for quick energy so initially the child will get a boost but ultimately becaus the Insulin levels go high they get low blood sugar and get lethargic cranky etc. And crave more sugar. If u mean does it cause adhd no.

Yes and no: If you restrict access to sweats and use them as rewards or treats you will see many acts of jubilation when they are consumed.The reaction is more behavioral than physical.If you mean can you control ADHD by restricting sugar the answer is no.
