Variable: Alcohol can potentiate side effects of your medications. This is might effect one person more severely than another. The combo of alcohol and Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not inherently very dangerous, but you could have more intense side effects and should consider drinking in moderation if you do so - or at least at first so you know how it is effecting you. Tell your doctor if you're not taking the med regul.
