What is the correct way to use aloe plant?

Aloe: Aloe concentrated juice is excellent for direct application on sunburn (personal experience). It is bitter by mouth but some use a small amount diluted with water to reduce gastritis or espophagitis symptoms. It is not toxic but can make diarrhea.
