Staying Healthy: Keeping your immune system healthy and active is very important to protect your body against diseases, infections and other ailments. Some ways to keep it healthy are by getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, taking a multivitamin daily and exercising regularly. Seems simple enough, but if your body is run down or not getting proper nutrition, it can make it easier to get sick.

Stay healthy: I'm sure there will be many suggestions about various herbal supplements you can take, but the data aren't strong. My advice is to focus on good overall health: a balanced diet, regular exercise, no smoking, alcohol only in moderation, safe sex, adequate sleep and leisure activities. Also important: don't spend too much time thinking about the health of your immune system!
