Yes: But it will not help it go away. Only surgery can treat an umbilical hernia. As long as it is not incarcerated, repair can wait until after delivery.

As you wish : While duct tape is useful for thousands of applications, fixing a hernia is not one of them. It may provide symptom relief, but will do nothing to alleviate the risk of getting worse. Ask your OB doctor for a physical exam and recommendations.
