Certainly: These are all forms of anxiety and people who have one kind of anxiety may have another form. Also panic attacks are a specific diagnosis, but angst and hysteria are general terms. One should find a counselor who specialises in anxiety to get with this range of anxiety sx, and possible depression to if it is pfresent.

Try breathing calmly: If you want to avoid medication for your panic attacks, i highly revommend the book: the relaxation response by benson. Read the entire book, the start doing the exercises as contained in the book. Start with 5 minutes twice a day working up to 10 minutes twice a day. You will soon learn to relax instantly, anytime you want or need to, like in the car. It's not hard. Good luck.

Anxiety/panic: Panic disorder is a form of anxiety disorders. Hysteria is an old term meaning uncontrollable excess emotions. Angst is another word for anxiety. All 3 describe forms of anxiety.
